Boys soccer "C"

GOSHEN — Jared Miller's pass to Q Min Kim was forwarded to Austin Mumaw and redirected into the back of the net with two minutes to play before halftime, accounting for the only score as Bethany's "C" team defeated First Baptist of Mishawaka. Scheduled for the main field at the Bodiker Athletic Fields, the match was moved to the practice field due to a waterlogged surface variously compared to a sponge or a ShamWow towel. Jeremy Troyer and Cody Yoder held the Tigers scoreless over 70 minutes, combining to stop all three shots sent at them and watching another bang harmlessly off the crossbar.

Several changes and additions to this week's schedule, which I neglected to follow up on or check before I actually posted it over the weekend.
The boys tennis match Monday night is/was at Mishawaka, not Bethany.
Friday's boys soccer game with First Baptist will be either the JV or the "C" team, not both; we are still confirming which team will play.
Finally, Saturday's three-way volleyball match with Keystone and Hamilton will follow this schedule, as confirmed by the athletic department:

• Keystone vs. Hamilton, 10:00 a.m.
