It has come to my attention that the Athlete of the Week award has not been given since October 18, the day after the girls soccer team won their sectional. (Has it really only been six weeks?) Therefore, without further ado or Freddy Adu, here are the previously decided but previously unannounced Athletes of the Week:

- October 18-24: Marla zumFelde
- October 25-November 7: No Bethany competitions
- November 8-14: Ali Hochstetler
- November 15-21: Trent Yoder
- November 22-28: Seth Kauffman
Eligibility: Literally all Bruins in a position to win any athletic letter (varsity, JV or freshman) during the current season, or middle school counterparts thereof are eligible. The only exceptions are recent winners: therefore, Kauffman, Yoder and Hochstetler are ineligible for the November 29-December 5 award.
Next Week: Nominations will be due Sunday, Dec. 6, at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
